Return & Exchange Policy

We hope you love your Aureye Jewelry piece. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied, we gladly accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery.

To qualify, all items must be returned in unused, unworn, and flawless condition, with original packaging intact. Items showing signs of wear or damage will not be accepted.

All return or exchange requests must be submitted within the 30-day window. Once approved, items should be shipped back promptly. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect. Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method, or an exchange will be processed based on availability.

Final Sale Items

For hygiene reasons, earrings are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange. Items purchased on sale, with a discount code, or marked as Final Sale are also non-returnable.
